my idea is to have the phone companies to set up a special line and no calls will set foot to custmers phone. when the telemarkers call they will get a messege saying this call is being recorded and the number will be sent to the FTC. and the phone companies will send the infor to the FTC and that way the telemarkers will be fine $15,000 every call they do and also any non-telemarkers too.
