What it does

Every kid has a hero who encourages them to become better, stronger and instills in them the strong belief that nothing is impossible and to always stand for justice and help others. This hero could be their father, mother, elder brother, sister, grandparents, or even cartoon characters like the Lion King, or a local police officer, Olympic medal winner, etc. The Holy Bible is also full of such heroes known for their braver acts, courage, kindness, obedience and faith. My favorite Bible hero is Daniel from the Holy Bible who was very brave, wise and humble. God exalted him to become the ruler of the country to which he was taken as a slave. There are many other heroes as well like David the young boy who killed a giant named Goliath, Daniel’s 3 friends who chose to obey God and God saved them from fire, Samson who saved his people, Esther who managed to save her country by being bold, … The impressive list of such heroes goes on. In order to help kids know about these Bible heroes we have come up with an Alexa skill called, “Kids Bible Heroes”. This skill narrates beautiful stories about all the heroes in the Holy Bible in a very interesting and dramatic way. This captures the attention and hearts and minds of the children and instills in them good values of being kind, loving, caring, bold, strong, courageous, wise, honest, etc. These values are life savers for kids. So while the kids enjoy listening to these stories, Alexa is able to sow the seeds of kindness, goodness, love, courage, wisdom, etc into the hearts of the kids. And this makes it a double benefit as not only do the kids learn Bible stories but also learn great life principles from the lives of theses Bible Heroes and also spend time meaningfully and allow the parents to have some rest as well even with the assurance that Alexa is teaching them great ways to become future heroes like the Bible Heroes.
