As experienced forex traders, we noticed that many people struggle to learn the basics of forex trading. We wanted to create a user-friendly app that could make learning forex trading accessible and easy for everyone. What it does
Our FERN stack app teaches users the basics of forex trading through an intuitive and informative interface. Users can practice trading with paper trading, without risking real money.
How we built it
We built our app using the FERN stack - Firebase, Express, React, and Node.js. We used Firebase for our database and user authentication, and React for our frontend. Our backend was built with Express and Node.js.
Challenges we ran into
One of our biggest challenges was designing a simple and intuitive user interface that would be easy for beginners to understand. We also had to ensure that our paper trading functionality was accurate and realistic.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud of creating an app that makes forex trading accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience. We're also proud of our paper trading functionality, which allows users to practice trading in a risk-free environment.
What we learned
Through this project, we learned how to build a full-stack web application using the FERN stack. We also learned a lot about forex trading and how to make it accessible to beginners. What's next for 4X Trading Institute
In the future, we plan to expand our app to include more advanced trading strategies and techniques. We also hope to integrate social features that will allow users to connect with and learn from other traders.
