Inspiration
This project's idea originated from a conversation with TikTok's customer support. It was observed that the sales representative was taking a long time to type her reply. We considered methods to increase customer service interaction efficiency because of this observation. As it happened, we learned about an upcoming hackathon. Since we had no classes scheduled, we were motivated to take part and use our project to solve this problem. We were inspired to create an original solution by the opportunity presented by the hackathon along with a real-world issue.
What it does
By enabling salespeople to operate more productively and using less personnel, this technology increases sales efficiency. It helps with comprehensive client record keeping and the creation of in-depth summaries. By streamlining processes, these features free up sales personnel to concentrate more on completing transactions and offering top-notch customer support. The system guarantees that all contacts and transactions are precisely documented, facilitating improved decision-making and customer relationship management. It does this by automating record-keeping and offering thorough customer insights.
How we built it
At first, we created different scripts to handle every issue that was found. We then combined these codes into a single, fully working solution that could successfully address every problem that was found. This method made sure that every issue was fully handled and that the finished code was reliable and able to handle a variety of situations with ease. We used a lot of libraries in this project such as - transformers, speech recognition, better profanity, random, Pyttsx3, etc.
Challenges we ran into
We had to overcome the challenge of putting all our sales customer into a cohesive system. Another problem was assuring the quality of speech-to-text transcriptions and summarization. The most difficult component was thinking like a sales helper to design the right code, which required continual improvisation and understanding of sales procedures.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We successfully developed a fully functional code in our first hackathon, which we are pleased of. It is quite useful and has features that are easy to use, making it a valuable tool for salespeople in their everyday work. This accomplishment demonstrates our dedication to creating workable solutions that improve efficacy and efficiency in practical applications.
What we learned
With this hackathon, we learned the importance of teamwork in tackling real-world problems together effectively. By collaborating and sharing different perspectives on the issue in our daily meetings, we have developed a few innovative solutions and overcome our timely challenges efficiently. We have also gained valuable skills in using speech recognition in Python. These experiences highlighted the power of combining technical expertise with strong teamwork to create innovative solutions, making our first hackathon an unforgettable and enriching experience.

405 Found has a bright and revolutionary future ahead of it. Our goal is to significantly reduce the demand for labor by utilizing AI, which will enable companies to more efficiently reallocate their resources. Our solution will eliminate the requirement for continuous supervisory reporting by simplifying procedures, automating tasks, and sending timely reminders. This will boost productivity overall and save a significant amount of time. With further improvement and development of our AI capabilities, 405 Found will turn into a vital resource for companies looking to innovate and run their operations more efficiently.
