Inspiration

One of our team members has a family member who is an entrepreneur which relies on e-commerce as a major part of their business. He noticed how much time she spent working and looking at metrics, so he proposed this solution to make the process of operating an e-commerce business a lot easier through automation.

What it does

It is an E-commerce operator co-pilot which utilizes automation and various APIs to assist in key areas: Inventory Management, Variable SEO Optimization of Product Listings, Traffic and Conversion Insights, Comptetitor Analysis, and forecasting of future product performance based on historical data and existing trends.

How we built it

We used Open Source AI, Python, Various APIs, and Gumloop/Wordware, a low code solution.

Challenges we ran into

We were not able to really build the product the way we envisioned it due to paywalls for various software, this caused us to start from scratch a few times.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to make an extensive program given the restarts and time constraint. We were also able to become better at working in a team and taking initiative.

What we learned

We learned to be resilient, to not be afraid of challenges or starting from scratch. We learned to be adaptable by learning and applying different softwares to find the right fit.
