We enhanced the user experience for the Digitec Galaxus community members to be engaged in a safe and supportive community

What it does

We enhanced the user experience by improving community guidelines, making them visible and guiding the user in their activities on the platform to engage in a safe and supportive community for everybody.

Top 3 Learnings from Testing

The UI should take into account multiple device types / screens, mobile included

The reasons behind hiding the offensive content tends to create confusion - a proactive short explanation proves to be useful

Prioritising the display of comments based on approval ratings would help a lot in fighting violence than a simple chronological ordering.
