Inspiration

COVID19 is a challenge for Healthcare and all people involved in the community.

Because health professionals and citizens have no confidence or guarantee that the protective equipment to which they have access comply with security guarantees, especially in situations where the production industry is unable to meet demand (Case COVID19 )

The idea of creating this collaborative platform arises from a group of multidisciplinary professionals with the aim of contributing their expertise in generating value solutions in the fight against an enemy that is putting our values as a society at stake.

What it does

Democratize the process of access to technical documentation within a framework of trust for health professionals and citizens. Decentralize the production process making it scalable and safe.

Unique Project and Concept

Pan-European net that: Adjust productive, Logistic and Manufacturing Capacity to Demand and crisis necessities. We guarantee the safety conditions of the equipment. The traceability of the production / supplies and the trust between the different interested parties. All into a public blockchain.

How I built it

We will develop a full collaborative environment the includes. Full support for the value chain. Collaborative space for University, Engineers and Health Associations. Full validated doc repo (Including Samples and Plans) Blockchain Controlled Process. Crowdfunding platform. Geolocating Demand System. Predictive Charting. Full Gamification Platform.

Challenges I ran into

Challenge 1 Achieve design standards validated by the scientific, technical, medical, and academic community and make them available to all agents with the ability to produce them.

Challenge 2 Establish a decentralized production system that allows it to be scaled to all parts of the ecosystem and allows the entire population to be reached in the shortest time.

Challenge 3 Ensure that traceability and security of both the design and production processes do not depend on a controlling agent but are decentralized, auditable, public and not modifiable using blockchain technology.

Approve the Purpose and Vision Identify all the Ecosystem. Write the Whitepaper.

What I learned

Standards and validation are essential. 3D Makers are not ´for free´ volunteers. Massive production and availability are the actual challenges.

What's next for 3DMedicChain

Design both Website 3.0 and fully functional App. Merge University, Engineering Centers and Health Lobby. Improve the management with 3D Makers Community. Test the full functionality.
