Discord AI Chatbot

Inspiration

We were inspired as we both used discord fairly often and had interest in making a bot but have never done so already so we thought it was a good time to try

What it does

Basic AI chatbot for conversation

How we built it

We built the AI in python using replit to host the bot

Challenges we ran into

We both had no clue how to start with a discord bot so we had to research how it was done and how to implement AI into it as that was also extremely new to us

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud to have been able to do something with AI as we had no experience using something like it before even if it is pretty basic

What we learned

We learned mainly about API's and how to use them

What's next for Discord AI Chatbot

We plan to add some extra features to the Chatbot and further improve our bot mainly for fun
