This weekend we built a critical search and lead generation module for our platform, enabling customers without contact lists to find developers ready for activation.

UK government digitises slowly. I speed it up.

MPs, the Electoral Commission, and the Department for Business & Trade, are using my tools every day for research, content generation, and summarisation.

RAG pipelines are my bread and butter - it’s time to push the limit.

Acquisition and Activation of Developers

Our Business

Our workflow is built for developer-first companies, to help them find and contact pre-activation developers by delivering enriched profiles.

We are Developer-First

Existing solutions like Apollo are built for B2B, and don’t support the native workflows integrated in our tool.

Our solution focuses on finding individuals prime for activation so they can pitch your solution to the community for you. We focus on communication across alternative data and platform channels, enabling nuanced ways of activating individuals.

Pre-activated profiles we deliver include relevant Information such as their framework allegiance and expertise.

Actions we enable include challenges, hackathon invites, and evangelism through channels like X, Github, and Telegram.

This beats ‘responsiveness’ and corporate role-based segmentation on LinkedIn.

The market signals support for this

We arrived at our solution within 3 rapid product iterations.

With great traction and a waitlist within a month of creation, we’re already supporting Superteam UK with accelerating the Solana ecosystem.

Our Business

Some companies throw Hackathons, others have not yet

Our search tool is for those waitlist customers without extensive contact lists to accelerate community growth by building extensive contact lists from pre-activated developers.

As Web3 consolidates, it is the perfect time to give structure to this process

Traditional Web2 processes of growth and ‘outreach’ have been significantly consolidated by the likes of linkInSales Navigator, Apollo, and SalesForce. But they don’t serve the developer-first space, which cares about qualifying information. Activation is difficult, which poses an opportunity for us to serve this industry with a highly tailored product to support the workflows of BD / DevRel / Management / Growth teams, whose roles are highly overlapping.

Competition is Healthy

Both Web2 and Web3 players understand the challenge of streamlining acquisition → activation → retention pipeline.

Alternative solutions to support developer first workflows are already cropping up on the market - this signals time for consolidation, and ignites our spirits. 💥 💥
