Inspiration

Having worked in both fintech and healthcare for the past eight years, I’ve seen firsthand how marketing compliance remains a massive operational burden. Companies are forced to hire entire teams to manually audit marketing materials on a quarterly basis—an expensive, slow, and error-prone process.

The cost of non-compliance is high: fines, reputational damage, and growth roadblocks.

Swooper solves this by automating compliance review. Simply submit a URL, and Swooper checks it against multiple regulatory frameworks (e.g., FTC, State Consumer Protection, CFPA/UDAAP). It then generates a detailed report explaining:

  • Whether the content is compliant
  • Why it may not be
  • And exactly how to fix any issues

Today, we leverage LinkUp to scrape site content, GPT-5 to analyze text against the relevant compliance framework, and Aira to orchestrate the workflow.

What's next for 32: Swooper

Looking ahead, Swooper will evolve from a point-in-time audit tool into a continuous compliance copilot—a proactive system that monitors, detects, and advises.

In the video, you can go to the last 30 seconds to see the result: sample below
