How we built it

ElevenLabs for the voice, Gemini 3 Flash for the brain. Built on Next.js 16. No bloat.

Challenges

Making the AI ruthless enough to ignore small talk and focus on the bottom line.

Accomplishments

Proving that the "human touch" is just an expensive bug in the system.

We utilized ElevenLabs Conversational AI Agents integrated with custom tool-calling. The agent specifically triggers UI updates and interacts with our Vertex AI Kitchen Manager to bridge the gap between customer speech and kitchen operations.
