This was mainly a project to get more familiar with JavaScript, and I think it turned out well. The idea came from the 24 game, a card game in which a player must perform arithmetic operations on four numbers to make 24. This game extends the concept by using a grid of numbers. We don't have a particular target user in mind, but the game is similar to puzzle games like 2048.
