The sea is one of the most important ecosystems. The incident of an oil spill into the sea results in a change in the ecosystem for the worse. especially in Thailand According to the statistics of the Marine Department , there are 4-5 oil spill incidents per year, resulting in species at risk of extinction. The abundance of ecosystems is lost. And from the assessment of the SDGs in marine ecosystems , it was found that Thailand There is a high level of challenge. And there is no progress from last year, when chemicals are currently being used to make oil management easier, but such methods have an impact on the environment. and another method is an oil absorbing buoy, but this method needs to be installed after an oil leak. This results in the spread of oil in such a large area that it affects the habitats of marine animals. From the problems mentioned above, the organizer would like to develop an innovative buoyancy that has a sponge absorbing oil compressed inside the buoy. The buoy will break out into a sponge when the buoy surface comes in contact with oil. and installed in the desired area to effectively control the extent of leakage and absorb oil from being able to install since the event has not yet happened and reduce damage from oil spill incidents
