1Word Bible Reader is a mobile application designed to bring happiness and joy to anyone who uses it. It is a King James Bible reader the runs on the Android platform. Proverbs 16:20 states, “He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the LORD, happy is he.” What better way to bring happiness to your soul than to read and understand God’s word. 1Word helps you dig deep into God’s word by providing topical studies on various subjects. You can also quickly navigate through the bible by using the right side navigation pane to select the book and then chapter you are interested in reading. There are plenty of features for any reading level to help organize, navigate and comprehend the bible.
1Word comes with several pre-installed topics to read through. Each topic is divided into sub-topics and each sub-topic will display verses related to the sub-topic. You can new topics/sub-topics and verses by using the ‘tag verse’ option when you long press any verse. You can use the look-up feature to find every verse containing a key word and then save the list in your topic list. You can also highlight all the verses in a topic with minimal effort.
1Word also offers plenty of organizational tools to help you sort and store key verses. Use the highlight feature to color-code important verses. Use the ‘Mark as Favorite’ option to flag your favorite verses. Use the note feature to add additional notes to any verse. Use the quick launch to quickly find any highlighted, favorite or noted verse.
Also don’t forget to spread the Word and spread happiness by sharing your verses with important loved ones including the whole 1Word community. Simply use the share option on any verse to share via text message, email, social media or any other sharing option. Or select the 'Post Verse' option to share your verse with all 1Word users via the Posted Verses wall.
