Motivating people for staying at home by an App
Why: For people its hard to be restricted especially when it comes to social distancing by not seeing their friends, not meeting in bars, not enjoying hanging around in parks - because they are just not used to it - particularly the young generation.
But: There is always some kind of competition among people, be it having the cooler clothes, be it making the better moves while dancing or be it lifting more weight in the gym. So why not using this urge for motivating people to make a competition of who is the "better couch potato".
How: By setting up an app where you have to put in your home address and getting tracked where you are, others can follow you - and maybe either cheer on you or reminding you of staying at home. The longer you stay at home the more points you will get and you can share with friends
Points depend on the time and distance you are not at home or the other way around (to consider cases like going for a walk with the dog around the block or else). Time is tracked per day, so points are awarded per day.
