Inspiration

The inspiration for our project came from the urgent need to provide a secure and fast reporting platform for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). We wanted to create a solution that empowers survivors to report incidents easily and access support services quickly.

What it does

Our project, "123 Experience," is a web-based platform that allows survivors of GBV to report incidents anonymously and securely. It also connects them with support services such as counseling, legal aid, and shelters. The platform aims to provide a safe and accessible space for survivors to seek help and support.

How we built it

We built the platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js for the frontend and backend development. We utilized the latest 5G technology to ensure fast and reliable communication between users and support services. Security was a top priority, so we implemented robust data encryption and user authentication measures.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges we faced was ensuring the security and privacy of user data while maintaining a fast and responsive user experience. Integrating the 5G technology and ensuring compatibility with different devices and browsers were also challenging tasks.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have developed a platform that addresses a critical need in the fight against GBV. Our platform provides survivors with a secure and fast way to report incidents and access support services, potentially saving lives and empowering individuals to seek justice.

What we learned

Through this project, we gained valuable experience in web development, 5G technology, and user experience design. We also learned about the importance of collaboration and empathy in addressing sensitive issues such as GBV in our rergion.

What's next for 123 Experience

in the the future, we plan to expand the features of our platform to include more resources and support services for survivors. We also aim to collaborate with organizations and communities to raise awareness about GBV and advocate for change.
