Inspiration
This new year, I sat down wondering what all I did next year and what my plans were. I thought, why not make a virtual memory bowl where you can add memories all year and it will unlock on New Year's day? Now, I needed something to think of and track my resolutions for 2022. So I built a Resolution Tracker as well as a platform where you can get ideas for your New Year Resolution.
What it does
- Resolution Tracker with awesome transitions and animations to help you keep track of your resolutions
- Memory bowl is a concept where you can relive your memories of the whole year
- Resolution Finder is a platform where you can take inspiration from other people's tweets and sort them via categories
How we built it
- I mainly used SvelteKit for the Frontend and Firebase by Google Cloud for the Backend Authentication and Database Management. I also used Python and Pandas to clean up the Tweet Database and convert it into Javascript Arrays for specific columns.
Challenges we ran into
This was my first time using backend services like firebase and Application frameworks like Sveltekit. It was challenging but I finally achieved it.
