How I built it

I built the entire project using Sora 2 by OpenAI, which automatically generated dialogue, sound effects, motion, and music. This allowed me to create fully animated, polished dance clips efficiently while keeping the festive energy consistent.

Challenges I ran into

Creating distinct dance personalities for each clip while maintaining visual consistency was tricky. Timing the choreography, expressions, and holiday-themed humor for maximum impact in short clips was another challenge.
