Inspiration

A lot of times we start something but do not finish it because we feel lazy or lack motivation. We wanted to create a platform that solves this problem by making accountability social and fun. Everyone deserves a community that lifts them up and keeps them going.

What it does

1^all is a community-driven app where people set goals and support each other to achieve them. Users join groups, track progress, earn points, level up, and celebrate real achievements together. It turns motivation into action and effort into pride.

How we built it

We built 1^all with love, compassion, and empathy for others. Every feature is designed to make communities meaningful, rewarding, and fun. From the design on Figma to the business plan, we focused on creating an experience that inspires real growth.

Challenges we ran into

Staying awake all night was not easy. Balancing deadlines, brainstorming, and building something new pushed us hard. Our passion kept us going and turned challenges into breakthroughs.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of learning quickly and creating a Figma prototype in just one day. We survived on Red Bull and Yerba Madre and turned a raw idea into something tangible and exciting.

What we learned

We learned that great ideas can emerge in hours. We discovered how to build a business model from scratch and step far outside our comfort zones. We learned the value of collaboration, perseverance, and thinking creatively under pressure.

What's next for 1^all

Next, we want to pitch 1^all to people and learn from their feedback. We aim to grow the community, refine our app, and make motivation contagious for everyone. Our journey is just beginning.
