1 800 BOT LINE

If the bot call is received on a land line, the callee keeps them on the line, while calling 1800 BOT LINE on their mobile phone, or visa versa. Then a trace can be run to located the caller and issue hefty fines. Does not require any new technology or equipment, except for two phone lines. Most households will have at least two lines. May require approval at state or federal level for the trace.
