What it does

0ToFull-Time starts with a conversation, not a form. An AI onboarding chat asks about your background, what you're drawn to, and what's actually feasible given your time and constraints — then matches you to a pathway instead of dumping a syllabus on you. From there, the platform strings together free resources already scattered across the internet into a single walkable track, and generates practice exercises along the way that mirror real industry questions rather than textbook ones. Underneath it all sits a dropout detection layer that watches for the moments people usually quit and steps in before that happens, so the pathway holds together even when motivation doesn't.

How we built it

We built the platform as a static, multi-file website, keeping the front end lightweight so it could ship fast within the hackathon window. The AI onboarding chat and pathway-matching logic run on generative AI calls that take a user's stated interests and turn them into a structured sequence of curated resources. The adaptive exercises follow the same pattern, providing industry context of whatever skill the user is working toward, rather than pulled from a static bank. Dropout detection layers on top as a lightweight signal-tracking system, flagging drop-off points so we could design nudges around them.

Challenges we ran into

At first, our original idea for the free resources was a link page, but it does not appeared with search engine, so we get the direct api key to put under the nodes.

What's next for 0ToFull-Time

Later on, the AI assitant will be more accurate, and we will work on using AI to generate videos for teaching purpose as well.
