Inspiration
We see the problem that citizens are currently unsure of their assignment to risk groups and that the medical supply and information centers are therefore overburdened.
What it does
We designed a Chatbot where citizen can interactively find out online by answering questions whether they have been infected (e.g. symptoms) or whether they are at increased risk of infection. Furthermore we implement an FAQ system based on information from the WHO. The user is also able to ask individual questions which the bot can answer with the use of NLP technology. Current statistics of the RKI can also be observed. The process can be extended easily since the baseline of Loyjoy depends on an BPMN engine. The bot can be embedded in any website or social media by a single line of code.

With the LoyJoy platform where a chatbot with inherent conditional logic and can be build.
