HBV-driven liver cancer is challenging to detect early, even today. This project was targeted to combine clinical data and gene expression to predict HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma.
I built a tool that uses deep learning to screen skin photos and provide instant prediction percentages, closing the gap between common concerns and medical diagnoses.
