Challenges I ran into
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
the victim's needs can be categorize 5 patterns, house,food,wear,medical,move.it can be got simple 'push phone survey. otherwise ,almost people has phone number and it connect to personal data(ex.medical data ) easily. so,phone survey can mashup personal data easily,and it blink to person specialized aid. this app might be look poor,but it's simple base for powerful and real time data "base".
