Inspiration
I was initially inspired to make this for my self only, first creating a prototype for one of my e-commerce websites around 2022 when chatgpt was first released. I was doing all the customer support emails myself, most were just basic tracking inquiries - and I was sending so many that just going back and forward from my email client to chatgpt (writing prompts, giving context like tracking & customer info) was wasting so much of my time
What it does
It will load up your inbox and latest emails, one by one you can quickly reply to them instantly using ai. Choose between chatgpt, claude, gemini and deepseek. Create custom ai system prompts and connect google/excel sheets for the ai to instantly have customer info and product info about your business.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The uniqueness of the application, and how well it does using excel/google sheets as a database - feeding that info to the ai for better responses.
What's next for hi ai
Growing user base and organic traffic to the website - work towards better and better email responses.
