Inspiration
- What if a person who is publicly humiliated as a "loser" is secretly the global champion his rival is about to face? This public humiliation scene—where the hunter (Kaiser) mocks the prey (Leo), not knowing he is the prey—was the spark for the entire story. ## How we built it
- the humble "Zero" (Leo) versus the arrogant "Hotshot" (Kaiser). We used the public humiliation as the story's main "hook" to build tension. We then merged the two biggest climaxes—winning the championship and revealing his identity—into one explosive scene. ## Challenges we ran into
- using different platforms to come up with the final video. ## What we learned The bigger the gap between Leo's "loser" reality and his "champion" secret, the better the payoff. Deliver the pain (humiliation) early to make the final reveal feel earned.
