Internews keeps of list of Twitter accounts of with Ebola-related tweets, and currently tracks 269 accounts. Using a stream of recent tweets via the CrisisNET API, we identify a number of other Twitter accounts with Ebola-related content. A number of these accounts have significantly more Ebola-related tweets than the accounts identified by Internews.
Code to pull the stream of tweets and do some preliminary analysis is provided.
