The Good Place

Inspiration

It comes from People, I have been seeing people depressed and having their sorted life turn into a mess, They are sad, They don't have people to talk to. They don't want to talk about it to people they know cause they are scared. This platform is just for positivity the API is designed in such a way that it always matches a person in need to a person which can help them. This application is completely community-driven.

What it does

Two Sections one is a community forum where people can share wholesome stories and feelings, the other section has a randomized anonymous chat feature, It Will have two options before getting in the chat. Users can choose to help or to need help. The algorithm will assign to opposites every time

How I built it

We are still in development right now using Wordpress with other tools like Lang: HTML CSS JavaScript PHP Database: MariaDB MySQL Hardware: None Host: Xamp server ( localhost ) Framework: WordPress API:: Standard HTML and JavaScript APIs, Talkjs, Chatting APIs, PubNub APIs
