We created a website for a start-up called The Abroad Life, which allows students to read reviews of places abroad

Inspiration

We spoke with the founders of the company and they asked us to help them take their company to the next level by making a website for them.

What it does

Allows users to view other students' reviews of things to do in the cities they are studying abroad in.

How I built it

We used both html/CSS/Javascript and Wix website editor.

Challenges I ran into

We are not very experienced with html coding, so we had a lot of trouble just getting a semi-fuctional site.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We solved problems and communicated well, allowing us to come up with two possible solutions to present to the company.

What I learned

I learned a lot about basic html coding and how to build a website from the ground up.

What's next for The Abroad Life

We plan to continue working on the site until we have created something fully functional that we are proud to present to the company.
