Tended

What it does

Tended is a university project done in order to autonomously collect attendance.

The application grabs the students' courses from the university's backend, along with the professors'. During the middle of the class time, the application opens an activity and collects attendance through Google's Nearby Messages API.

Due to the backend being unavailable, we have to currently add the courses manually, which is why there's a design for that. In addition, the professors have to add a course excel sheet containing all the student IDs, where the attendance will be recorded.

The application has 2 layouts, one for the professors and one for the students.

The students can check their absences and the skips left for each course.
