Inspiration

The inspiration for Stardust Dream stems from: Digital Age Romanticism, exploring whether AI algorithms can capture humanity's most primal, fairy-tale motif of "getting lost and finding oneself."

What it does

The film is an AI Music Video (AIMV) that transforms music into a fluid, dreamy digital landscape through highly expressive visual storytelling.

How we built it

Used Suno AI to rapidly generate and iterate on the background music based on the "stardust" theme and "adventure" mood, establishing the length and emotional curve as the foundation for video production.

Challenges we ran into

Naturalness of Digital Lip-Sync: When attempting to make the digital girl sing the lyrics generated by Suno, the naturalness and emotional expressiveness of the lip-sync animation were a major difficulty, requiring multi-stage facial animation correction to avoid the "stiff robot" effect.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

New Paradigm for AIMV Narrative: We proved that AIMV can serve not just as an illustration for music, but as an independent, poetic narrative vehicle, using AI's boundless imagination to tell an timeless story of self-discovery.

What we learned

Consistency is the "New Realism" of AIGC: In the AIGC workflow, maintaining the protagonist's visual consistency is more challenging and valuable than creating a single "perfect" frame.

What's next for Stardust Dream

Behind-the-Scenes Tutorial Production: Compile and release an end-to-end AIMV workflow tutorial for the "Suno + Nano Banana" process, detailing techniques for resolving character consistency and lip-sync issues, thus promoting community understanding of AI music video production.
