Inspiration

I, along with my female friends working in a large corporate environment, noticed how many women experience the “good girl syndrome” . The pressure to be perfect but never quite enough. Many of us struggle with self-confidence, overwhelm, and the constant need to please others. Professional psychological help is extremely valuable, but let's be honest. Not every girl can afford it. So there was a real need for a supportive, non-judgmental space , and affordable help. A personal companion that helps women navigate these challenges with kindness and practical tools.

What it does

Soulvia is an AI companion designed for women who feel overwhelmed or stuck in negative emotions. It listens and interacts with you, then suggests practical mental wellness exercises created by professional psychologists to help you feel better. Based on your interactions, Soulvia provides personalized insights and affirmations. You’ll get to understand yourself better and learn how to manage your emotions. Soon, I will add weekly webinars with live psychologists to help users stay motivated and consistent.

How we built it

I used Supabase for database, Gemini, and bolt

I’m experiencing challenges with the database; not every feature works, and due to my lack of programming experience, I had to simplify my tool.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

In cooperation with psychologists, my goal is to create a safe space for women with great potential for monetization while keeping it affordable for every woman. Meditations and mental health practices deliver amazing results, and many women around the world prove it, including me. Everything in one place

What we learned

AI cannot replace humans, especially when it comes to emotions. However, AI is a great listener who doesn’t judge. It can listen and, based on the conversation, suggest exercises to help you feel better.

What's next for Solvia - AI mental companion for women

I'm planning to add meditations, the option to register for live webinars, and blog articles. To help users stay consistent, I will also add a progress tracker and improve the AI insights tool.
