With over a dozen year extensive in-depth executive inbound and outbound customer centric contact center experience I have the insight from not only the customers point of view but the owners point of view. I thoroughly understand and have worked at all levels striking the appropriate balance between the customer and the business. Below is a brief outline of my suggestions for improving the FTC’s DNC compliance program.

If selected I will work with all agencies to create a working solution amenable to all parties resulting in a reduction of customer complaints for the commission.
