Inspiration

I wanted to create a story old through recovered footage, eyewitness interviews, and government archives, as a faux documentary using gen AI.

What it does

It's a short film.

How we built it

Gen AI plus traditional video production methods. Runway, flux, Leonardo, Elevenlabs, Kling, Minimax, Veo, Topaz. Premiere Pro for editing. Written by the human brain.

Challenges we ran into

At the time, it was very challenging to get character consistency, to get some detailed shots without AI halucinations.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Achieved what I set out to do, despite many workarounds.

What we learned

Evolving not only how we can tell stories through gen AI, but the fact that there are many stories that couldn't otherwise be told due to financial constraints.
