Inspiration

Make life easier! quisine is an play on words of "cuisine", "query", and "quick"

What it does

Finds a recipe based on user inputted ingredients. (scrapes one website, but could be implemented to scrape lots of websites)

How we built it

Tom built the webscraper in Python, Celestine built the UI in android developer/Java, Nick bridged the two in Firebase

Challenges we ran into

Bridging the two.... Finding useful tutorials

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a webscraper. Creating an app w/o any prior knowledge of Java/android developer.

What we learned

More time would be wonderful!

What's next for quisine

Bridging the gap, producing the recipes (with pictures), splitting recipes into subsets based on which ingredients the recipe will use, adding a seperate subsection for recipes with additional ingredients
