Inspiration

• Covid 19 pandemic requiring masks and social distancing in public spaces. ## What it does
• Detect if a person is wearing a mask and if a crowd or group is social distancing. ## How we built it
• Using Microsoft custom vision we trained object detector and image classifier AIs. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of
• Having accurate AI models that work on a variety of different masks, crowds, groups, and people. ## What's next for Mask Detection and Social Distance Classifier
• Integrating the AI into video feeds from cameras or surveillance systems in malls, stores, etc.
