Inspiration

We were inspired by the prevalence of Imposter Syndrome in not only the tech industry but everywhere.

What it does

Hype aims to eliminate Imposter Syndrome through tracking accomplishments and reinforcing one's ability through daily personalized notifications to remind one of what they've done.

How I built it

Built using Flutter and related packages for Android App creation. UI Designed using Figma.

Challenges I ran into

UI design was the most difficult part incorporating it into Flutter. Also, learning MongoDB and connecting the database to the application was challenging and required much time.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We are proud of this innovative Idea that seeks to help minority groups and everyone. Also, we took on a difficult challenge of creating an Android app with the tight time constraint of around 11 hours and completed the core functionalities of the application.

What I learned

We learned the importance of collaborating and splitting the tasks. Together, by combining our skills and knowledge expertise in different fields, we could create a comprehensive projects

Hype aims to become deployment ready for users to use!

Updated the UI for the project. Separated the server-side code from the frontend and used Golang as the new server. Dart + Golang = ♥ . Added small animations made by Simi and added a badges section as suggested by Kenny.
