Inspiration
I have an interest to astrology and the effects of astrology on the human beings. And, I want to develop an application using Alexa Presentation Language (APL) to learn how to use APL. On combination of these two interests, I decided to develop my first APL project for providing horoscope forecast.
What it does
Horoscope Time gives, shows, and tells you the horoscope forecast of the star sign you like for daily, weekly, and monthly basis. All you need is just saying to your Echo device "Alexa, give me horoscope for leo" and let Alexa give you daily, weekly, and monthly horoscope for leo or the star sun you like.
How I built it
The project is developed using Alexa Presentation Language (APL) to build interactive voice-first experience for users.
Challenges I ran into
Since Horoscope Time is my first project which is developed using APL, the challenge is to learn and develop with APL.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Seeing my fancy UI on the screen of Echo Show when I ask Alexa for it is the accomplishment I am really proud of.

I learned using APL on my Alexa skill projects.
What's next for Horoscope Time
The next step for Horoscope Time can be to provide horoscope forecasts based on birth charts.
