Inspiration

To develop a user-friendly platform that allows applicants to explore the jobs that match their profile and apply for them easily with one click.

The main purpose was to create a platform that focuses on the credibility of the resume of applicants; It focuses on connecting the data available from various platforms thus helping to ensure the credibility of the profile of the user.

We are also focused on ensuring that users don't break their employment bond with the companies multiple times.

What it does

hireRadar is a web portal that provides a hiring solution that focuses on making the hiring process more efficient for both recruiters and job applicants. This serves as the solution to the problem statement for Wittyhacks 3.0. Problems it Solve

Easy Application Process, Resume & Cover Letter Generator:
hireRadar is not just a platform that helps in job applications but it also uses AI to generate instant Cover letter and Resume based on your profile and the company you are applying which saves time and effort.

Data Connectivity & Crediblity:
hireRadar uses data from other coding platforms and uses it for data authentication of information provided in the user profile. For example, the GitHub stats of a user can prove how experienced the user is in a particular tech stack.It provides the percentage credibility of your profile based on data collected from various resources.

Ensuring a Clean Record of Applicant :
If an Employee breaks the bond with the company and the company suffer losses, then hireRadar allows those companies to generate tickets of penalty against the user. These complaints will be reviewed, and if an applicant is found to break the bond multiple times, it can lead to penalty imposition and can also lead to suspension or ban of their profile.

Job Sorting Algorithm:
It displays the jobs which are most relevant to their skill set and experience in their feed.
