These days the lifestyle has changed and we humans tend to do more and more sitting jobs rather than physical tasks leading to health issues.

What it does

The skill consists of certain health tips that one can follow to get a pink health.

How we built it

We have used Alexa Skill kit and it's boilerplates to create the required features for our skill.

Challenges we ran into

The major challenge we ran into was to recognize what are the health problems that one face due to continuous sittings and what exercises/procedures can be introduced in the lifestyle in order to stay fit.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We asked a group of friends to follow the ideas suggested in skill and they found a good improvement in their health.
