Inspiration

As big companies already know and did, they are expanding the marketing also in the game sector, investing big capital in it; so thanks to the CTO of Hoken Tech, Alfredo, we decide to give the same technology for gamification also to small/medium company (especially in Italy) to let them create a custom blockchain game but more affordable than the big companies do.

What it does

This blockchain game, is a dApp card game, where all the cards represent the products or services that a company sells and with it, player can not also play the game but also know the product of the companies; in more the game works well as a communication media for tourism side because the same card can be the monuments of the city, and people from all over the world can play the game and discover in addition the city

How we built it

The game has a part developed upon the EOS blockchain, so every transaction is stored in the chain, and for the UI we used React to display everything with a simple browser, so the game can be run on whatever device without problems and people doesn't need to buy a dedicated device to play.

Challenges we ran into

One of the challenges was to create an IA to sustain the battle in a better way and don't be too stupid to play against players.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We made the first test for the city of Molfetta, and the game running smoothly and even on IPFS storage, so it won't require a centralized server to store the game; and we are proud that our game is the first blockchain game running on a PlayStation 5, a Tesla car, and even on a smart fridge!

What we learned

We learned a lot about the React environment and how to set the different call to interact with the blockchain, ad, in addition, is possible to run the game on every Antelope chain without much effort.

What's next for GameFi marketing on Antelope

The next step to the game is to improve the login interface with multiple wallets, hardware wallets also, and to expand the game with a multi-player version and in the future open also to the integration of NFTs
