In a shared flat, it is sometimes complicated to settle the billing. Our apple intuitively helps with that.
What it does
Flat Mate Billing let's you manage billing in your shared flat. It tracks who pays what and evens out the account at the end of a billing period. It can also monitor how much was paid for what category of goods.
How we built it
We use Google Home and API.AI in combination with Google Cloud Services.
Challenges we ran into
Google Home and API.AI do not always work as expected and this sometimes was challenging.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
In the end, we got a working prototype.
What we learned
Using API.AI is very cool.
