Control Music with my motions so that I can transfer it to a VR game. This was a great ender but fell into the real world.

What it does

The motion of the controller will change the LEDs and the music that are in the different sections of the multiple Axis.

How we built it

Brain of the operation is an Arduino Nano which is connected to an ultra sonic sensor that checks if there is a person there. There is also a gyroscope and an accelerometer that allows the Arduino to detect the change in axis which will indicate to change song to the one in the location.

Challenges we ran into

We ran out of memory on the Arduino Nano and had to reconfigure the code so that all the aspects would work. We had to make sure the ultrasonic sensor was giving a correct distance. The gyroscope had to make sure it was passing a threshold that will surpass the gravitation on the gyroscope.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It works together with the memory, and serial limitations.

What we learned

How to integration sensors to an Arduino Nano and reduce the drift on the IMU.
