What it does
It collects customer feedback and makes it as the source for the improvement of user experience with the services provided by the company
How I built it
I used react.js to build the frontend part of the application and used firebase to store and retrieve the data from the database.
Challenges I ran into
I was stuck in the router part of the application and soon sorted out the error.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I tried to complete the frontend part to the most.
What I learned
I learned to use conditionally route to some pages using react-route-dom, and handling errors from the firebase database.
What's next for customer-feedback
making it as an SDK, so the upcoming applications can use the data to enhance the user experience.
