Coronavirus Management System

This application tracks the live data of covid cases of the world and can work as a database where covid data is stored for example active cases, deceased cases, staff's data.

MLH: Local Hack Day 2022

What it does

This Tkinter based GUI app shows the live coronavirus data of the world and also manages the covid database for example list of active patients, deceased patients, active staff, recovered patients, etc.

How we built it

Using Python GUI library Tkinter, BeautifulSoup (python library ) for web scraping, MySQL for covid database.

Challenges we ran into

There were few challenging bugs while linking the MySQL database with python.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to create a real-life problem-solving project by integrating different python libraries.

What we learned

We learnt how to integrate different libraries to create a dynamic project.

Need to solve few UI-related bugs.
