To share common stories, tips, to better survive and thrive in this new environment. We continue this with Brownstone Pods Coliving, a platform where a landlord can create their own brownstone pod apartment, where applicatnts can apply, log in and make payments for their rent.

The main feature is the wall of awesome. Where anyone in a house can give accolades to a housemate for doing something good for the community. They make a post with a comment on what it was. Then the recipient get's a star that accumulates on their profile. There is an Ai community manager that helps with answering questions on the house handbook. The community chat is available in the app withe the Ai powered by polyfire.
