Twitter has become a popular platform for people to voice their content and complaints with service providers. Using HelpBird, IT and support professionals can login to the company Twitter account, view the last 40 tweets where the account was mentioned, and select any or all of the tweets to be instantly created into help desk tickets on the Spiceworks platform.
